How to measure yourself

Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, with your arms relaxed at your sides.

Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually at your navel.

Shoulders
From the end of one shoulder to the other, across the back of the shoulders.

Bicep
Around the fullest part of your arm, with the muscle slightly contracted.

Arm length
From the top of your shoulder to your wrist, with your arm slightly bent.

Neck
Around the base of your neck where the collar sits. Add 1cm for comfort.
